When my family had planned a
holiday in Kashmir, the first spot on the top of my list was Srinagar. But, we got really confused when we found
hundreds of Srinagar hotels near Dal Lake. So, when we chose Heevan
Resorts, it was just a random pick from the rest. The first advantage we saw
was the proximity of Dal Lake from this hotel.

But things changed drastically
and on a good note when we were in front of the hotel. The exteriors were so
mesmerising that we thought this holiday will be a much memorable one. Little
did we know that it was just the beginning!
We had
pre-booked a premium suite for our family of six and it turned out to be much
comfortable, and spacious. The centrally heated suite provided us with much
comfort during the month of October in Kashmir and the sofa-cum-bed in front of
the TV was exactly what I and my brother were looking for. The price we had to
pay seemed very little if we consider all the room amenities. Also, the staff
was very hospitable. Definitely a good decision to pick this hotel from among
the other Srinagar Hotels.
The in-house restaurant,
Dilkhusha had re-defined the idea of family dining. The food was opulent in
terms of both quality and quantity. What’s more, the taste of the authentic
Kashmiri dishes was unforgettable.
The 2 night 1 day stay at the
Heevans was the best part of our trip. My family would always prefer to come
back here whenever we plan holidays in Srinagar.
